Water damage caused by broken filter on second floor bubbler.
Likely occurred during blizzard (Jan 29th). Cause seems to be upstairs exit door that was not properly latched and blew ajar. Either heat loss caused temps to freeze and burst bubbler filter or wind caused interior double doors to swing, breaking water filter on bubbler in the hallway.
Downstairs (blue room)
The ‘office’ area was soaked. Office equipment was removed to dry and test for salvage.
Downstairs (food shelves)
Rear non-perishable shelves were soaked, but only 1 can seems to have lost its label and was consequently lost.
Computers
All equipment in the ‘office’ area was removed to dry. Currently none have been tested.
